Our athletic skills are the key to using special equipment and specific tactics to best effect. The success of our actions depends on how well the best solution strategies can be applied in tactical situations. we have tools for this. Some of them we carry on our bodies or in our hands. Other tools are given to us as human beings. Training and education should give us a head start against external forces. The topics we discuss enable you to use the conditions of your base to gain, maintain and extend this advantage.
